WHAT WILL I DO WITH MY STICKERS?
Our oh so easy stickers are easy to install. It is pretty nifty to whip off the transfer tape and smooth out your sticker with a plastic card such as a bank card. All our stickers come with instructions, and if you have any problems please do just drop us a line and we will be glad to help. Please do check the care instructions in our shop policies too.

WHERE WILL I STICK THEM?
Eliza Doodle stickers will stick to almost any SMOOTH surface. It is best to test one on your wall first to ensure you are happy with the result. (Please wait 28 days before applying to freshly painted surfaces). They are as oh so easy to remove as they are to apply!

All Eliza Doodle stickers are to be applied "free hand". This means you can style them any way you like on your wall, go crazy with the sticking! The images on the Eliza Doodle shop are just suggestions (not to scale) for you to be inspired by.

WHEN WILL I GET MY HANDS ON MY STICKERS?
Eliza Doodle stickers are made to order in our Berkshire studio in Blighty. Please allow us 3 days to cut your stickers, package with love and send the postman on his way to you. (The postman will be with you a couple of days after that - 2nd class postage so he stops for a coffee and croissant en route)
International orders will take a little bit longer - usually approx 10 days to get to you.

If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting us using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where we are required to store data for legal reasons) we will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) the processing of some of your information based on legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

Any personalisation or custom colour details should be stated in the *NOTES TO SELLER* box during payment if no drop down menu is available for selection.
If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched then please contact us within 12 hours of payment. After this time, cancellations and refunds cannot be given until the item is returned to us in the same condition
Personalised items will be non-refundable or exchangeable
We hope that you will be very happy with the product and service you receive. If for some reason you are dissatisfied please do let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
All artwork is protected by copyright and is the property of Andrew Hall of Studiohall. Any reproduction of Eliza Doodle's prints, photos and text is strictly prohibited. Unless agreed by Andrew Hall any re-sale of Eliza Doodle's products for profitable gain is prohibited.
If loss or damage should occur during shipping, we will aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Please report damage within 3 days of receiving your order and provide photos so we can make a claim with our shipper and replace or refund your product for you
If an item is deemed incorrect reasonable photographic evidence which clearly shows the fault must be provided by the customer in order for Eliza Doodle to accept responsibility and rectify the mistake quickly for you.
Refunds and exchanges will be accepted on items*, providing the item is returned within 14 days of purchase in its original condition. All return shipping costs are payable by the customer and refunds will only be issued once the item has been received by Eliza Doodle.

Products are made to order and therefore will be ready to dispatch in approx 7 business days.
Once dispatched, UK orders take 3-5 business days to arrive, however we will not be held responsible for Royal Mail taking longer than this on occasions.
International orders can take up to 10 days including Europe.
All orders are sent via standard 2nd class mail by Royal Mail.
All sizes of decals are stated in the item description. If you require larger or smaller please contact as us and we will create a custom order for you. This is not as expensive as it sounds!
Eliza Doodle's decals come with instructions on how to apply them to the wall. All of our decals are "free hand" which means they can be placed anywhere on the wall without a template to follow, and our images on Etsy are just suggestions of how they can be used and are not to scale.
Eliza Doodle can not be held responsible for mistakes when applying the decals which may damage the decal or your wall. Please note this includes the removing and replacing of stickers which will reduce the adhesive. If the stickers become less sticky over time we will not be held responsible for this.
If you feel you are not sure how to apply it after reading the instructions please contact us via our Etsy shop and we will be happy to help.
It is the buyer's responsibility to prepare the walls in preperation for the stickers to be applied. This means the wall must be smooth. The wall must be dry and clean and free from dust and grease.
Our vinyl stickers will not stick to:
- Teflon paint
- Wash & Wear paint
- Low VOC paint
- Paint with silicon
- Old flaky painted surface
- Newly painted surfaces (Please wait approx 4 weeks)
- High humidity and fluctuating temperatures (example over a radiator)
Every order has the vinyl tested before it leaves our studio to ensure the adhesive is as it should be. Therefore Eliza Doodle accepts no responsibility for stickers becoming less tacky as this will be due to the environment or the removing and replacing of the stickers.
- Waiting for freshly painted walls to cure before applying these stencils is advisable.
- In order to get a sharp finish it is really important to ***push each edge of every arc down firmly*** to seal the stencil to the wall.
- Only paint downwards to avoid paint being pushed up underneath the stencil.
- We recommend sticking a small piece of the vinyl to your wall to check adherence and removal before you begin.
As with applying any adhesive to a painted wall there is always a risk of damaging existing paintwork.
It is at the customers' own risk to adhere this product to painted walls.
Eliza Doodle will not be held responsible for damage to walls when the vinyl stencils are removed.
Damage to walls is unlikely, however, the condition of painted surfaces varies and Eliza Doodle can not guarantee mess-free removal on every wall.
No refunds will be given for damage to painted walls once stencils are removed.
